Welcome to Alyzo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Alyzo is an AI-powered content creation workflow platform designed for Web3 creators, digital marketers, and AI data annotators. We provide access to various Large Language Models (LLMs) and Image Generation APIs through a proprietary "Tone Optimization" system.

2. User Accounts and Credits

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials. Alyzo uses Firebase Authentication, and we do not store raw passwords on our servers.
• Credits System: Alyzo operates on a credit-based tier system. Free users receive a fixed daily allocation. Paid or "Founding Member" tiers receive enhanced access as described on our pricing page.
• No Refunds on Usage: All purchases of credits or lifetime subscriptions are final. Because AI API requests incur hard compute costs, we cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been generated/consumed.

3. AI-Generated Content & Ownership

• Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you input and the final content generated through Alyzo. We do not claim copyright over the text, diagrams, or images you create.
• AI Limitations & Liability: AI models can inherently hallucinate, produce biased, or mathematically incorrect information. Alyzo acts as a conduit to these models and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of the generated output. You are entirely responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before publishing it to your audience or community.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Alyzo, you agree not to use the platform for:

• Generating illegal, highly abusive, or non-consensual explicit content.
• Automated scraping or programmatic abuse of our interface/APIs without prior written consent.
• Bypassing or attempting to manipulate our credit accounting and daily limits.
• Developing a direct competitor to Alyzo using the outputs generated by our optimized Tones.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without notice.

5. Service Availability & API Reliance

Alyzo relies on third-party API providers (including, but not limited to, Pollinations, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Anthropic). While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access if downstream providers experience outages. We reserve the right to swap out, upgrade, or temporarily disable specific LLMs based on upstream availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alyzo and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes financial losses resulting from deploying AI-generated financial or Web3 content.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on our application.
